The Space:

The open flow invites you to linger over a slow morning coffee, then drift outside for a splash or a game, all while the gentle hum of the neighborhood keeps the pace relaxed. Every corner of this Clearwater villa feels designed for togetherness, whether you’re gathering around the arcade lights or unwinding under the fire pit as the evening cools.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms provide a comfortable setup for your stay. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, holds 2 Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, includes 1 King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, features 1 Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color circle, offers 1 King Bed. Two bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials and hot water for the group.



Indoor living

The spacious living area offers ample room to connect or find a quiet nook, complemented by air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. A dedicated game room extends the fun with a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcade machines, all visible from the backyard. A TV and a dedicated workspace give flexibility for downtime or everyday tasks.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare meals with ease, while the indoor‑outdoor dining space lets you enjoy them al fresco or under the roof, depending on your mood. The flow between kitchen and living areas keeps the home feeling open and practical.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private pool deck, where the water invites a refreshing dip at any time. The fenced backyard includes comfortable outdoor furniture, a fire pit for evening gatherings, a putting green for casual competition, and an outdoor bar with a minifridge. Free parking on the premises and additional street parking add convenience.



Essentials & conveniences

A washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, smart lock with self‑check‑in, and all standard linens and towels are provided. Families will find a Pack ’n Play/Travel crib and a high chair ready for use. The home is pet‑friendly, and long‑term stays are welcomed.

Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, the residence sits in a peaceful residential setting while keeping you close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
