She was super sweet to allow us to check in 1 hour early. But the house needs deep cleaned and painted. The shower in the master needs fixed-floor tile broken and shower door doesn't shut closed. It was obvious that the previous people had smoked. Floors were super sticky/dirty.

Please never rent this location or host. They will make false claims and the location is very poor managed and this location tried to charge me 5000.00 for damages and I brought everything I didn’t have to use anything there. From tables. The furniture all was damage even the foundation to this home. Please never rent from this host.

Do not waste your time or money

This place is absolutely disgusting. Extremely dirty and dusty, cobwebs everywhere, EXTREMELY strong smell of weed that is coming through the vents and never went away. I have never stayed in a place so horrible. Burn marks all over the kitchen table, dirty floors and carpet. Nasty furniture and chairs that we all refused to sit on. Empty soap bottles in the bathroom. Horrible flat pillows. We all travel together a lot and this is the first negative review we've ever left. I just can't sit back and let others waste their money on this dump of a place.

I was not comfortable with area this property was located in , pictures were misleading and did not show what the outer look of the property was. My family felt unsafe therefore we did not stay at this property.

Beautiful Historic house

We stayed in this beautiful historic 2-story home in St Louis, MO for a week. Very nicely decorated, furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The carport with garage door was a bonus. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The area was an older part of town they are refurbishing, but we felt safe and liked the historic structure. Would recommend if you are visiting St Louis or any of the surrounding areas.

Amazing old brick home, quirky neighborhood

The house was fabulous. Lots of space inside! I appreciated the extras; flowers, snacks, plenty of items in the cabinet if we forgot something. Alexi was quick to respond to my questions, solved the issues that we did have. Yes, the neighborhood is undergoing growth, homes are being redone. At no point did we feel unsafe in either the neighborhood nor home (four women with six kiddos). I would definitely stay again!

My New Go To

This is my second time renting this property. And I was just as impressed as I was the first time I came. The property manager is so nice and attentive. The HUGE TV in the living room area was a plus for the PPV Fight. Beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all of the utensils and pots and pans that I needed. PLENTY of space in the main areas. I will be back.

Great stay!

This is a very nice property & the owner is very kind and accommodating! The beds & linens are super comfy. The extras (snacks, water, coffee, shampoo, hairdryer, etc) were very appreciated!
