The room is nice and the cleaning staff very nice the general manager in the night clerk very condescending disrespectful talk down their nose because they got my card frozen from running it over and over and over because of an incidental charges and continuing to get unauthorized transactions from the hotel General Manager he then proceeded to turn off our room keys because he got our card frozen and then found it necessary to block our room with our sessions because he got our card reported from unauthorized transactions he was running. He made me feel like I had done something wrong when he made the error. He then tried to say I valeted my vehicle when I did no such thing. Tried to charge me for that and then when caught in his lie immediately went and hid to regroup and try to avoid being caught in a flat out lie. He has made my stay absolutely horrible and made me feel like I did something wrong.
I’m offended, disrespected, sad, violated, and uncomfortable to the point I’m just hiding in my room.
Now a second time he turned off my room keys. My wife is crying, we’ve done nothing wrong and I can’t even explain how bad this is.
We also When checking in was refused access to our room because they ran my incidentals fee so many times my bank flagged for fraud, leaving me sitting in the lobby for four hours until 4 AM and offered no solutions.
