The hot water was not working and when we complained to the staff they just essentially told us oh yeah it’s out sorry for you. We heard other customers got their room comped, but we got nothing but a cold shower. Very disappointed. We have stayed here many time before but we will not be back.

We had an issue with our reservation, but the staff were super accommodating and helped us get a better setup for our family than we originally had. Pool and spa were clean. All facilities seemed well kept up and clean.

I accidentally booked the following week by accident so I called the same day of booking to change and they wouldn’t accommodate in anyway. So I got charged for 2 nights and only stayed one.
