Joe is the perfect host!

Joe thought of just about everything - we lacked for nothing during our stay. He even contacted us the morning after we checked in to make sure there was nothing we needed! The place is very cozy and has plenty of room.Only one quibble which is not mentioned in the listing. This is a third floor apartment, so you will have to climb stairs. Not a huge issue in the morning, but after a long day of walking and exploring, those steps were rather daunting!

A great stay

My sister and I and our 3 kids stayed 2 nights. Joe was a great communicator and the property was very nice. One thing I didnt know was you have to walk up 31 stairs to get to the apartment. That was the only downside. Otherwise we had an awesome stay and would definitely stay there again!

Great host, adequate accommodations, questionable location.

The apartment was cute and met our needs for someplace to stay while exploring St. Louis. The communication with owner was excellent and the check-in process was easy. We didn’t hear any outside noise from bars/restaurants (Mon-Fri). However, outside: the area was a little run down, we had to park in an alley where there was garbage, dog poop, and random people hanging out. It didn’t feel very safe to me with my family of five. The two long flights of wooden stairs were steep and very wobbly with nails sticking out and part of the railing broken. Inside: The claw foot tub was hard to get into (it’s high with nothing to hold onto) and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked with dust and the cover fell off mid-shower. If you’re a cooking family, as we are, there is not a lot of cooking accessories (i.e. missing measuring cups, baking sheet). The place served its purpose, a place to sleep as we were out all day, everyday. I would recommend this place with the knowledge provided above.

Cute little two bedroom

Joe was an amazing host. Very attentive and kind. The apartment was cute and clean. Sound machines were provided for any street noise. We didn’t hear much and most of what we did hear was from the living room only. It did not impact our stay. I will admit that I was slightly concerned about the alley parking the first night, but it was actually a very quiet alley and my vehicle was fine. There are quite a few stairs into the unit and it was a little tough with the bags but not a deal breaker. My daughter loved having her own room for the trip and we found some restaurants nearby. We had a great time!

Great spot for a long weekend getaway!

We had a great 4 night stay at this property. From the time of booking through our stay, Joe was on top of making sure we had what we needed. He answered any questions we had right away and even came by to restock the coffee and get the tv signed back into the many streaming services he provides. Finding the place was super easy and we really appreciated the off street parking.There are lots of fun places to grab food and drinks within walking distance. When we ventured further, Ubers were plentiful. We wouldnt hesitate to book here again!

Great location

It’s a great location, easy to Uber to an Uber from anywhere in the city. Plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do close by. However, if you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you.. 3rd floor and probably around 30 stairs. Surprisingly quiet at night time.
