Everything was nice, as usual... EXCEPT, when I received my bill I noticed a $10.00 per day charge for parking. The hotel's website clearly states that parking is free. "Courtyard St. Louis Westport Plaza has accommodations with a fitness center, free private parking, ..." The hotel website does not have a portal for me to file a question/complaint because the reservation was not made through their Guest Services page. Is there any recourse?

I had an uninvited guest knock on my door 1:30 in the morning. The floor I was on didn’t have any working video cameras. My room was outdated and my room phone wasn’t working. I told them twice and they told me twice they would take care of it but nothing was never done. I had a prejudice experience with the staff there. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and definitely was racist. I plan on taking legal actions for the way I was treated there. I am a member of the Marriott and have stayed there numerous of times. The same caucasian women give me the same racist vibe/treatment. It’s not right and unprofessional. Definitely will not stay there ever again.

Our mini fridge didn’t work. We were surrounded by a young sports team and their families. They were very loud especially early this morning. Also, housekeeping came right into our room while we were still in bed this morning. Staff was all very kind and helpful otherwise.
