I came to this hotel to check out High Bar and not have to drive. Upon booking the room there was no mention that it was closed nor any mention of it upon checking in. I only found out about it when I asked. The lounge on the first floor didn't offer much to eat and the one basic drink that i ordered wasn't good at all. The rooms felt really small to me. Maybe I was placed in the wrong type (I paid for the one that sleeps 4). There were no black out curtains so I couldn't even sleep in. Someone next to me or above me wore heels that sounded like tap shoes anyway so I may not have been able to sleep anyway. I also discovered that I could see into someone elses room because again there are no curtains and I would guess that they could see into mine. No peace or privacy just a waste of money.

The staff were very helpful while there! I recommend doing valet instead of self parking so you wouldn’t have to go through any hassle with finding a parking space but overall my stay was great. The bed was really comfy. I would definitely stay there again when visiting St Louis.
