The room was not clean prior to our arrival. We found a used needle, a baggie of some substance under our clothing cabinet, a vape and glass lenses in our bedsheets. We were in a bunk bed room as we had one of our kids with us. The staff did come quickly rectify. We were told our room would be thoroughly cleaned, however when we returned, the beds were made, pillows we asked for and toiletries, however, nothing was wiped down or vacuumed. Prior to that we went the the pool Area where we were having a great time UNTIL we saw sawstikas all over the pool room floor. These were actual set tile designs in the floor. It was pretty bothersome as you can imagine, not disclosed as a feature in the building! This is an ART museum. I didn’t expect it at the very least.

The bathtub wouldn't drain and the door handle was broke. Other than that - it was a great stay. Happy Hour was wonderful. Great burger and drinks.

We loved this hotel. It is something you expect in much more sophisticated cities but not St. Louis. Our king bed suite was tastefully furnished and very large. Lots of great touches and very clean. The lobby and museum were stylish and exciting. We ate at both Idolwolf and the cafe. Again great ambiance and delicious food. Our visit was a one night staycation to celebrate our anniversary and it couldn’t have turned out better.

Hotel was very quiet and staff helpful and courteous. The coffee shop was great for coffee and breakfast and the rooms were clean with hot water and great water pressure. The only thing I would change was the mattress - bed was very firm, kind of felt like lying on a table. Gallery was a fun feature and next time I'm in STL I will be back!
