It’s normal to notice a faint smell near the water heater or furnace during use, as propane systems are designed to operate safely and efficiently. This is a self-managed home. Guests are responsible for trash removal during their stay. A dumpster is located on the property for your convenience.

• Propane Heat & Hot Water
The home uses propane for heating and hot water. A faint smell near the water heater or furnace is normal. These systems are safe and efficient, but let us know if you ever have concerns.

• Gas Grill
The BBQ grill is connected to the home’s gas line, so there’s no propane tank. Just turn on the valve near the grill and start cooking!

• Transparent Pricing
We keep cleaning fees low by paying our cleaning crew hourly. The base rate covers up to 2 guests. An extra $15 per night is charged for each guest beyond that to help cover additional cleaning and laundry costs.

• Quiet Getaway
This is a peaceful space meant for relaxing stays. No parties or events are allowed.

• Discounts for Longer Stays
