The air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep. When we tried to call to get it fixed the phone didn’t work. When we checked out the next morning and explained to the staff member what happened all she said was sorry. The outside building in appearance was very good, inside was falling apart.

It has been over 10 days since I checked out of your hotel, and my incidental deposit has not been refunded. Despite multiple calls and messages, no one has responded. This is unacceptable. If I do not receive confirmation of the refund within 24 hours, I will dispute the charge with my card company and file a complaint with Better Business Bureau

This is an old hotel but clean. The staff is very friendly.we like how secluded the area and lots of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Cleaning staff did clean our room everyday. We enjoyed our 4 nights of stay.

Very old and dirty. Shower would not drain. Had to take cold shower on first night because there was no hot water. Next day it started working. Hallways are dusty and covered with paint drops.

Shabby like an old 1950's motel

Rundown in need of renovation. Smells damp and my clothes were damp. Carpet underneath hallway AC outside my room was wet. Bed was fine. Linens were fine except towels were scratchy. Housekeeping was good.

I would stay again - but not at peak pricing

My first visit was okay.. the room could have been maintained a tad better, but any issues was minor. After deciding I was going to stay an extra night.. I was able to book a different room. This room was maintained great, but the TV didn’t work.
