The hotel staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked about breakfast (which had been pre purchased) @ the front desk, I was first ignored - there was literally no one else at the desk and the guy just wouldn't make eye contact for 5 minutes, then rudely told to just head to the restaurant and they might be able to help me out. Overall beautiful hotel, terrible staff.

Hotel was beautiful and enjoyed our stay . Only have one complaint. When I ask the lady at the bar to add some juice to my drink she rolled her eyes at me. She was busy organizing so I suppose she didn't want to be bothered by me. Other than the lady behind the bar the staff was superb.

Stayed a Monday-Wednesday in February, and all of the hotel facilities were open, including the pool and hot tub. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. The hotel was walking distance from almost everything, or just a short trolley ride to the winery and distillery. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel nice. Room did not have a full window so essentially no view. It had a small window about 2 feet from the floor. Location was great. Staff very nice. If you aren't going to use their facilities and free margaritas, ask to not be charged the $22 resort fee. Expensive hotel rooms.

Very classy place with attentive staff, our room was quiet and clean, meals were very well prepared.

The hotel was nice. I was there for 12 hours and was charged twice for parking ($52). Ridiculous! The room had ants in it and the bathroom, water barley trickled out of the shower head and no free breakfast. Would not stay again. No value for the money.

Casa Monica is beautiful in the heart of St. Augustine. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is a great stay!

Old St. Augustine Bch is one of my favorite places to visit. I so love the charm and history of it. Staying at the Casa Monica was a first class experience. I would highly recommend a stay. It is very convenient to everything within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel itself is very beautiful. Loved all the paintings and architecture. Looking forward to another stay. Thank you.

Yes!!! but there was noise coming from the pool at night, guest slamming doors, and talking loud at midnight.

Wonderful location, exceptionally clean, pleasant staff, and nice amenities. The WI-FI was slow, particularly in the evening, which made it difficult for remote office connectivity. ~ Would definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant stay in Casa Monica hotel...staff pleasant, helpful and courteous.Room very clean and decor was very nice.Moorish decor throughout hotel was beautiful and one felt one was in Andalucia rather than Florida.Bar decor very nice and staff were again very pleasant.Location is ideal for walking around the old city....great experience

Pros: Beautiful room, Beautiful view, in walking distance from everything in downtown St. Augustine, excellent restaurant. Cons: Hard bed, no free wifi, no free parking.

Centrally located. Walk to most points of interest in downtown St. Augustine. Clean and spacious. Pleasant staff well maintained property . Internet connection was a daily charge and there were no outlets near the desk which made it inconvenient to work.

We have been to St. Augustine many times before but never stayed at the Casa Monica. It truly made our visit the best one ever. A very classy hotel.

The Casa Monica is the epitome of staying at a Kessler property. Art and music abound. Rooms are clean and safe. The location cannot be beat; within walking distance of most everything. Room service was fresh, friendly, and efficient. Front desk staff were helpful and welcoming every moment. Even the fitness center, while small, was quite nice, having modern equipment and needs for just about any "on-the-road" workout. The restaurant, 95 Cordova, has phenomenal food; dinner service was enjoyable with really good staff; while the breakfast menu was nice and delicious, the breakfast staff was quite poor, I had to practically beg for coffee refills, service was slow, not quite friendly nor attentive, and plenty of complaints at the tables around us, too. All in all, the hotel is a delightful experience.

The hotel was beyond expectations and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The swankiest place around and still affordable. Well done.

We had a great vacation with the kids. This hotel was located in the perfect location right in the middle of downtown and walking distance to everything. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We like this hotel and we like the restaurant, especially the five course tasting menu. This was our third stay here while passing through the area. We had two minor problems this time. The worst was that the sink did not drain. We didn't discover this till the evening so we didn't report it until check out. It eventually drained after a few hours. The other minor thing was that the bathroom door needs to be adjusted so that it stays open. The location is great and the staff was nice so I'm sure we'll stay here again.

We booked only a week before going and I didn't know or think to find out what else might be going on the weekend we were there. Turns out there was a wedding booked at the pool/hot tub area so we couldn't use that most of Saturday. The management offered to write off our (small) room service bill for our inconvenience, which was nice, but considering how much we paid for the room it wasn't really enough. We really wanted a relaxing weekend and this is probably not the best hotel for that.... the street and hallway noise were surprising. That being said, the restaurant and bar were lively, there is a coffee shop just off the lobby, the decor and rooms were nice - just as advertised. Next time I will find someplace a little quieter though.

Casa Monica is a beautiful hotel steps from the many of the landmarks that St. Augustine has to offer. The staff performed impeccably and I felt that I was in good hands throughout. I missed the cafe which was under construction, but there was no shortage of stores, cafes and restaurants to try in the area.
