The hotel was beautiful, but it is very expensive and you dont get nothing not even a mini fridge. Very noisy, yo can hear everything in your room. Great location, and looks like you are back on time, we had a great time overall.

This property is wonderful, unfortunately Orbitz overbooked me there which I did find out until attempting to check in. Thank goodness I was local and did not travel any distance to get there. Hotel said Orbitz should have notified me and made accommodations elsewhere. That never happened. When I tried to contact orbitz, I was told to be on hold for an hour or offered a call back. I took the call back option. In roughly an hour , I got the call back and when prompted to speak to some one, was immediately put on hold. After 8 minutes I hung up. I better get a refund on this roughly $700 a night fiasco. I’m generally a fan of Orbitz, but this was a huge fail. The staff at the hotel was massively apologetic and made several offers for some type of accommodation at some other time. We accepted a free cocktail at there lovely bar. Thank you to the staff of the Casa Monica.

Checking in we were not advised there would only be maid service upon request so when we asked why our room was not serviced I was rudely asked if I had requested it. First night the bartender broke a glass which hit my full glass of wine spilling it all over me…barely an apology & we had to demand my clothes be cleaned. Rooms were in need of updating, shower leaks and toilet runs

Great stay. Everything of interest within walking distance.

Best place to stay in town

Nothing unique just reliably good.would readily use again.

Perfectly located to walk old st Augustine, nicely renovated property with enough historical flair but all the modern comfort. Only blemish was a less than spectacular breakfast (it was ok, but nothing special). Would go back.

Beautiful facility, great staff and location. $29.00 per day for parking is a bit steep!!

Beautiful. Great staff. Very clean. The location was excellent easy walking distance to all the sites. The room was very comfortable

We were only staying in St Augustine for one night so we decided to go all out and stay in the nicest hotel. The hotel has lots of old world charm and the staff was very accommodating. The room itself was run of the mill. Nothing special. Average. The bathroom was older and even had a chunk missing out of the wall. Nothing special about it. I guess for $400 a night I was expecting to be wowed!

Nice hotel. Well located. Easy walk anywhere in the historic district of St Augustine.

I enjoyed the beach club access as just another amenity.

Nice hotel with lots of character and atmosphere conveniently located in the old city.

Amazing!! Great staff love the food!!! Dinner and breakfast are amazing definitely will recommend

Dear Alan, Thank you so much for your feedback! We are so glad to learn that you enjoyed your stay and everything was pleasant. Our parking is managed through a third-party company and the prices have been reasonably set in line with the local competition. Having said that parking at the hotel is optional and there are options for street parking and a public garage not too far away from the hotel. We look forward to welcoming you back soon and making it up to you! Warmest Regards,
