I was disappointed that the hotel charged a $50 deposit that was not stated on the Orbitz website. After I stated that, the front desk attendant said that Orbitz doesn't post that. I think that is terrible because some people might not be prepared to pay that deposit.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were all very nice. The lady that took care of breakfast does a very good job. The breakfast was better than most other hotels with a free breakfast. The hot tub was hot and clean. The pool was clean but to cold for me!!! (It is a outside pool)

This was one of my several visits to St. Augustine in the last 10 years. I am a returning customer, had good experiences on my previous stays, including the last one. The room was, as on my previous visits, clean and tidy, the staff was pleasant and attentive (especially the female receptionist who checked me in). We usually do not use amenities.
