The room had a terrible smell, and we could hear people walking and making loud noises from the floor above us until midnight. The customer service was okay with me, but one of the lady was being rude with my aunty just because she asked for some paper plates.

I will start with the positive 1) staff is very friendly, Now for things that could use improvement 1) breakfast is small and simple a few warmed sausages, some warmed scrambled eggs and some seasoned potatoes that look like they have been heated more then once. Two types of old looking cereal. 2) the rooms are clean but the floor in front of the sink and tub has so much cleaning chemicals on it that it is very slippery like a greasy floor would be. 3) the area is a little concerning 4) when we were there it was raining. Be careful on the outdoor steps they are slippery when wet

Breakfast was out of the box heated up nothing fresh staff was good hot tub was nice except if you needed to use handicap chairs to get in or out of either pool or hot tub neither were in working condition. Hotel is near I95 you can hear traffic all the time. If they would pipe in some music around the pool it would drown out the traffic noise

I’ve stayed here multiple times and my only complaint is there needs to be better communication between staff. On at least three occasions I’ve either gotten a late checkout or booked another stay at the last minute. The issue was nobody told the cleaning staff and they came banging on my door. Each time they were followed by an unknown male who also banged really hard on the door, was very rude and acted like i was squatting.

Ithe accommodations and cleanliness, was fabulous! The price was not expensive which surprised me when Iwe arrived, it was far from a dive! I give the hotel and employees 10 stars! Great job on the grounds and the rooms were immaculate. Thank you. It was so great, we are returning again. We were there thanksgiving and now Christmas!!!

My reservation was lost at check in, booked 2 rooms but when checked in there was only one reservation, cost me $100 extra for one of the rooms. Then I was charged an extra 214.18 for some reason and they claimed they credited it back but I have not seen the credit yet. Very disappointed with the whole booking and check in process.
