No one came to clean the room; I had to phone to get fresh towels. Restaurant service was very slow, with items on menu not available.

This hotel is in a quiet area, walking distance to the Historic Area. We loved it. It was pristine and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would go back and stay there in the future.

It is an excellent hotel. Good located Quiet. Great services. Clean. Friendly. Good breakfastI. I like it very much.

Great hotel. Modern, like new, clean, good parking, great location, close to downtown, great price, great staff - is a win win....

All the staff were very courteous and friendly this was the best part of my stay a warm welcome. I felt very comfortable and the facilities are recently renovated. The beds are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was basic but the coffee was fresh and hot ! Location is only about 10 minutes from a grocery store, and affordable eats (just over the bridge) because the hotel is on a Main Street I recommend a blindfold and earplugs if you are sensitive to light and noise. Garage parking was wonderful because it was raining when we arrived and very well lit. I would come back again.

Noisy. No food nearby. Away from historical district

Room was nice & clean. Just wanted to point out that the next day housekeeping didn’t show up... and that night was a little hard to stay asleep because people next door were loud...

The hotel is only a year old. It's very clean and well kept. There is a small pool off the lobby. The manager said they are adding a bar or restaurant (?) To the lobby. There is covered parking under the hotel. The lobby is actually on the floor above and you take the stairs or elevator to get to it. There are no signs in the parking lot explaining this. Very few guests were staying at the hotel. It is across the bridge from all the sites, so it's too far to walk. Something we didn't realize. The hotel cancelled it's morning included breakfast due to Covid. We had a pleasant stay, but would want to stay within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and sites, so if we come again we would stay on the other side of the bridge.

Everyone was happy and nice Very clean good location close to everything good food

Size and covered parking, although the capacity is limited

The staff is Wonderful-very polite, professional and like dogs. Great dog friendly hotel.

Friendly check in, convenient location, very clean and new hotel. Parking is free and they also had breakfast!

It was a real nice hotel. The only thing that i didn't like was trying to figure out how to find the check in desk.

Meh sums it up. Clean rooms, good free breakfast, love the easy free parking and decor. Rooms are cramped but have everything you need. Linens are two star linens, staff is interesting.... Location is the best, we walked from white room after a wedding. Wouldn’t pay over $149 though for this hotel.

When I booked my hotel for my anniversary, I immediately realized I made an error & booked two double beds instead of one king. I called the hotel right away & asked if I could correct it, even offered to cancel it & book it again. I was told don't worry about it they'll switch it when I check in. I go to check in & they can't switch it because all of the king rooms are booked. So my husband & I got stuck with double beds for our anniversary getaway. Strike one. Strike two, me & my husband got 0 sleep due to the LOUD people going outside to smoke right outside our window ALL NIGHT LONG! Then at 2 and again at 4 o'clock in the morning the room above us decided to rearrange their furniture. Strike three they advertised breakfast which they did offer however expect you can eggs made in the microwave, cereal & toast. Don't pay extra for breakfast, spend your money somewhere else. While the room was clean the experience was terrible! I'll never pick this hotel again.

Rodolfo, I am very sorry that you had slow service at our Blvd. Bistro. We passed out housekeeping cards upon check in; you filled out and checked No Service. I hope you will come back and stay with us again.
