The thoughtfully designed kitchenettes are equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker, allowing you to prepare your favorite beverages and snacks. The private bathrooms are fully stocked with essential amenities, including body wash, shampoo, and fresh towels. Enjoy the stunning views of historic St. Augustine from your private balcony, complemented by the vibrant sounds of live music. Kindly note that this suite is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs.
Guest Access: Located on the second floor, the apartment is accessed through a secure coded entry system. Guests first enter the building, then use their code at the 'Pomar House Suites' door to access the upper floors. Upon reaching the second floor, guests will find their unit and use the same code for entry.

The St. Augustine and City Gate Distilleries, San Sebastian Winery and Whetstone Chocolates all provide tasting tours and for those who love a good spook, check out the historic ghost tours of America’s Oldest City. Cross the Bridge of Lions and head over to the Alligator Farm Zoological Park and Anastasia State Park to immerse yourself in nature. Beach days come easy here—Vilano and St. Augustine Beaches are just minutes away, and with 4WD access, you can drive right onto the cinnamon sands and soak in the Atlantic breeze.
Getting Around: Our apartment's prime location in the Historic District allows for easy walking access to many local points of interest. For those looking to explore the beaches, a car is recommended. Guests can utilize the paid parking garage at 1 Cordova Street.
Other Things to Note: - No parties and/or smoking inside allowed. - The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement. - The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations. - The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. (Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night). Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest. - All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process. - No long-term parking at the property. With this being in the historic district of St. Augustine, parking is limited. There is a driveway that allows for short term parking to load and unload luggage. The Historic Downtown Parking Facility is located two blocks away located at 1 Cordova St, St. Augustine FL, 32084. - The unit is located on the second floor of the building. - The first floor has two businesses; their guests may also be using the driveway for short term parking.

Perfect stay!
This was the perfect location for our attendance at a destination wedding. I had stayed one other time in this same location and it was such a wonderful experience we booked there again. The communication was fantastic and we found them more than accommodating when we needed a slightly earlier check-in and an adjustment of an additional day for two of the rooms. It’s walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back! Thanks!!
