You're renting both units together: a self-contained downstairs apartment and a separate upstairs apartment, each with its own private entrance. The units do not connect internally, giving larger groups or families a flexible setup that feels like two homes in one. Sorry, no pets.
Living & entertaining
Each level has its own bright, open living area with comfortable seating and an HDTV. Two front porches - one on each floor - give everyone a perch to settle into: the lower porch has swing chairs to catch the evening breeze, while the upper porch offers relaxed seating for morning coffee or late-night conversations. Out back, the shared private backyard features Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill - a natural gathering spot after a day of exploring.
Sleeping arrangements
Spread across both floors, the home sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and quality linens, with ample storage throughout. A pack 'n play is available for families with young children.
Kitchen & dining
Both units are equipped with a full kitchen, each featuring stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. You'll find cooking basics, dishes, silverware, barbecue utensils, and a dining table in each unit, so whether you're pulling together a family breakfast or a group dinner, both kitchens are ready.
Laundry & practicalities
Each unit has its own washer and dryer, located on the back porch. The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, iron, hangers, and all essential linens. Self check-in via keypad and free on-premises parking keep arrivals smooth. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on-site.
Location
Step outside and you're already in the heart of it - the Castillo de San Marcos, cobblestone streets, boutique shops, art galleries, and some of the city's best dining are all within easy walking distance. Cordova Street keeps things calm and shaded while placing you right at the center of historic St. Augustine.
