I am reaching out to you to express my concerns regarding certain aspects of my guest experience. During my stay, I noticed that the front desk staff was not as friendly as I expected. In several interactions, I perceived a rude attitude, which negatively impacted my customer experience. I strongly believe in the importance of courtesy and friendly service in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, I did not experience that during my visit. She also denied me access to the manager. Additionally, I want to point out that I was assigned to an accessible room despite not requesting such a configuration. I understand that there may be limitations in room availability, but I was surprised that I was not consulted about this assignment, as I might have had different preferences. I appreciate your attention to these matters and trust that appropriate steps will be taken to improve the quality of service. First room I was assigned smelled like cigarettes. I wanted to get my money back and I was told they couldn’t give it back due to me booking 3rd party.
Great property. Wonderful and easy check in and out!
I checked out early at 6am but after 30 minutes I learned that my flight got cancelled. So when I asked to go back to the room, they said you need to make a new reservation.
Staff was friendly. I liked the well-stocked inclusive breakfast. Convenient location .
Clean property, very close to lots of dining and a mall, not too far from dca airport, clean rooms with good tv selection
The stay wasn’t bad. Bed was pretty uncomfortable and the heating/AC unit only really had heat which made the room pretty hot at night. Staff was great. Breakfast and gym was average. Wouldn’t be my first choice to stay again but would if needed. 6.5/10
It was clean and quiet
This is our 4th time staying at this property and everytime we go we request a playpen and as always their excuse is there is one but it’s broken or it got lost. The bathroom wall paper seems to be ripped, ceilings as well and not to mention the broke toilet. Very inconvenient place with someone with small children if you don’t carry your own playpen (crib)
Liked the convenience of it's location and the quietness. I liked that the floors weren't carpeted in the room! The breakfast could have been healthier.

This hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to & from the Washington Metro Station ... very nice! We used the Metro to commute into DC to sightsee to avoid fighting the traffic and high parking fees.
