Very nice hotel, included good breakfast, free shuttle to LRT into Washington and back. So convenient.

The front desk personnel were inpersonal and rough. The hotel is under remodelation in which it make it uncomfortable.

I was not aware that they ask for a $200 deposit. and that was a big disappointment.

We stayed there for several days. Check-in was a breeze but finding the office was difficult. It seems like the hotel is set up for conventioneers and large tourist buses. The buses came in later at night, so really didn't affect us, other than when the buses got there, hot water was difficult to get. We could get hot water, but had to keep turning the handle as the water got cooler. We don't know if the bus visitors clogged up the breakfast room, as we skipped breakfast the mornings that buses were there. Breakfast was very nice with real scrambled eggs, not that foamy stuff others pass of as eggs. Staff was very helpful and courteous. We had no cups, but the office sent them right up. It was comfortable and quiet. A bonus was having USB ports for charging built into the desk. The pool hadn't been set up yet and seemed to be filling by the use of an ordinary garden hose! Metro shuttle was handy, though they stop at 6:30, a time too early to eat dinner in town.

I ask the front desk people about discount for truck drivers and they told me with unrespect no and I called before and the cancel my calls and never explain me nothing . Guys if you wanna spend good time and sleep well cross the street is holliday inn is 4 dollars more and better people

Staff was professional they made me feel like I wasn't just going to any hotel they treated me right If I had any questions they answered it in the spot. Definitely will be going here next time

The rooms were pretty good. The staff was amazing. The full breakfast was restaurant quality. Eggs, bacon, potatoes Jimmy Deans breakfast sandwich, Pancake machine fresh made yogurt & more. Very impressed. Great for feeding chickens after great service.

Unfortunately, though a non-smoking room, our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The mattress and pillows were hard, the remote control fell apart when we touched it, and the shower (a handicapped shower, which wasn't needed for us) had nothing to keep to water from flooding the bathroom floor. We could never get the water temperature in the shower above tepid. Despite expectations that the shuttle would run until 9:30 pm, it stopped at 5 pm. In the morning, we waited at least 30 minutes for a shuttle that was supposed to be available within 10 minutes and it turned out to have only 5 seats. So many people were waiting at that point that we just called an Uber only to find out that some drivers do not go into Washington DC.

This is a surprisingly nice hotel for the area and the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was hot and decent, parking was free, and the hotel was clean.

The place was clean, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was huge, but most of the hot stuff was luke warm at best except the make your own waffle or pancake cause that was freshest! The shuttle was convenient, except trying to come back! The phone was on hold for over 2 hours, we ended up walking in 100 degree heat! The WIFI wasn't working day two, and our AC stopped blowing cold in the middle of the night and it was very very hot while we were there. Last but not least... We left our own pillows there and didn't realize until we got 6 hours away! I called and they promised to mail them. I have called 3 other times to the same song and dance. Still haven't received them and I am totally willing to pay the shipping! They are $100 pillows so yes I would like them back! That part was my fault for leaving them, but the hotel shouldn't be telling me they will send them if they don't want to. I probably won't stay there again, or tell anyone else to based on that and the shuttle issue only. Plus way to learn the hard way everything in WA is free except travel, the train with a family will kill your wallet! Spend that extra 50 or 60 a day and stay closer to stuff your there to see!!!

This was a nice place. My only objection was that the air-conditioning was on "humid" setting instead of dry, so I think it was pumping the room full of mildew. My allergies were triggered immediately and had a terrible first night, until my medicine took control.

great stay. Shuttle was super fast and ready immediately when needed to metro. Pool was clean with a lifeguard. Rooms were a little small but fine for us. Had refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was hot and well stocked and staff kept the are clean. 1 elevator was broken so could only use one on one end of the hotel which was a little inconvenient. Overall, very happy about our stay and would stay again.

This is a great place to stay while visiting DC. We just needed a comfortable place to spend the night. The bed was so comfy that we missed breakfast but we didn't care, we had a great night of rest. Great place to stay, we would certainly recommend it to our friends. Staff were very nice too.

Hotel is clean and quiet. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Convenient to I-95 North and South. Close to a number of restaurants and a supermarket which I believe is 24 hours. Also conveninent to huge mall if you feel the urge to buy new shoes.

My aunt recommended this hotel to me because it was close to her house and an easy commute. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever seen at a Best Western or any other hotel for that matter. The free shuttle service to the Metro was a huge bonus for us and we availed it daily. The service was prompt and the drivers very friendly. The cleaning crews were also friendly and helpful. By far however, the most pleasant part of our stay was the pool and the life guard. He was warm, friendly and a pleasure to interact with while we braved the heat and then hit the water which was clean and beautiful.

It was decent hotel, but it was lot less cleaner than I thought..it's not worth the money you pay.

Nice and clean hotel. The breakfast was really good too

Hotel is a bit isolated and the rooms are small. However, near DC Metro station (3 blocks) and near several restaurants. Also near shopping mall. Breakfast bar was very good selection - nice place to eat. Outdoor pool was nice. Rooms clean. Staff was very friendly. As a "home base" when touring DC - it was great for the price. Via the DC Metro can get to all major attractions in less than 1 hour.

The amenities were great (shuttle was courteous and quick, breakfast was filling). The room was clean and comfy. I recommend this location.

Went to this Best Western primarily because of the rates. It was an OK hotel, clean but small room and a bit dirty A/C but overall clean enough. I liked it most because of how close to my work site it is. Also central to most Springfield stores, restaurants and mall.
