This is the best stay you will find! Clean and comfy! You are priority to the wonderful hosts! Has everything to feel like home! Less than 10 min drive to EU! Quiet retreat! We used it repeatedly to visit campus for our daughter's college years.

Loved this house!

Three sisters all from different states met in the middle. This house was exactly what we were looking for. Squeaky clean and with two bedrooms plus the sofa bed, no one had to share. We spent time on the front porch just enjoying the peace and quiet. The house is easy access to everything but it feels like you’re out in the country. Just wonderful. And we could not have asked for a better host. Michelle answered questions early in the morning and late in the evening, always within minutes of us sending them. Thank you, Michelle. If we need a place to stay in Springfield, you’ll be hearing from us!

Perfect stay for a tennis tournament

This property is extremely close to a tennis complex. We stayed there over the weekend for my son’s tournament. The Home is exactly as pictured to described. The host is wonderful and communicative.

Exceptional Cottage

This cute cottage was exactly what we needed. It was just minutes from the State Softball Championships. The cottage was beautifully decorated and was so clean and inviting. I am always intrigued by historical places so that information in the welcome book was very interesting! If we are ever in Springfield again we will definitely stay here!! Thanks so much!

Peaceful retreat w/modern amenities

The rustically elegant property was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 5, front and back porch space for yard games and grilling. The hosts thought of everything and were very responsive. Safe neighborhood close to everything.

Little bit of country but close to everything!

Perfect location just on the edge of Springfield with an EV charger right on the property. I attended a 4 day training in the city center, and only had a 12 minute commute. The property is beautiful which felt welcoming after a busy day. The owners had bottled water, coffee, popcorn and snacks available which was an extra special comfort. We didnt have time or the right weather to enjoy the two outdoor porches, but they were so inviting.

Great Stay

This is our second year staying at Michelle's place, and we always have a great experience. The house is so cute and conveniently located to local attractions in Springfield. Michelle always responds quickly to questions and is very helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfectly Peaceful

This guest house was just what we needed and just as advertised. We enjoyed finding little treats in the kitchen throughout our stay and the hosts were quick to respond when we had questions. The area is quiet and definitely feels secluded, even though the main house is actually very close. We would definitely stay here again!
