The hotel has two floors only and does not have an elevator. This maybe understandable however if you are traveling with luggage it is a difficult maneuver. The carpet stinks at mildewed. It is an ok place to stay if you are flying early out Springfield.

Room was Okay, clean and tidy. The ONLY ISSUE I have is they do not have an Elevator to the 2nd Floor. This makes it extremely difficult for some to get thier belongings to their room as well as their selves. Very dangerous for elderly or others who require assiistance

First Stay in Springfield, MO

First time to stay in a Quality Inn and this room was outstanding. Very spacious with a kitchen area, a desk with an office chair and even had a sofa and another comfortable chair. Lots of room for luggage. Breakfast was outstanding with a combination of hot and cold foods including fresh fruits. Would definitely stay here again.

Has such a lovely stay here. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was really good. It had a waffle making station which was a big hit. The area itself was beautiful, felt very safe and went to the pizza restaurant. Highly recommend!

Only stayed one night but was very happy with the hotel and room. Pool was clean and breakfast was decent for what it was. Place was pretty quiet, only issue was being on the first floor facing the parking lot some jerk in a loud truck parked right outside my window and decided to sit and let it run for over an hour at 9:30 at night. Only other complaint was the employees were not friendly. They were not outright rude, just not friendly. Would stay here again.

Check in was great, thank you Pam! An older property but very well maintained and the lobby smelled wonderful. Our room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful and good. We would definitely stay here again.

Basic but nice. I was surprised at how quiet it was, considering it was a ground floor, street facing property. The bed was comfy. Bathtub was a bit old and could have used an upgrade/deep cleaning. Staff was excellent and I enjoyed my stay.

Add an elevator and it would be perfect.

Our stay was good. We had a noise issue and called the front desk and it was taken care of quickly. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The room was clean and worked fine for what we needed. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast. My only complaint is it would be mice to extend it to 9:30. I guess the biggest issue was no elevator. It's difficult to pull a suitcase up stairs.
