Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was okay. The housekeeping wasn't impressive and kind of felt invasive. The beds weren't changed, just tossed covers over and even hid the TV remote control one night. Wish they would have a door tag to indicate if we needed anything but don't have those anymore.

Waited at the "Please Wait Here" sign for quite a while, as the staff chatted in the back room, visible right through the doorway and ignored me (then another guy). Finally just went in and helped myself, just to get a snarky "can I see your room key?" when she finally came out to check on the service area. Food ws the typical free breakfast assortment... really watery eggs, stale bagels and muffins, and cereal... and really bad coffee (tasted burnt and too strong).
drain was clogged with hair from previous guest.
tub filled immediately when I tried to shower. mat inside tub felt slimy and had visible black mold underneath.

Door frames rusting out on bottom; unrepaired holes in walls from removed hardware; porcelain in tub chipped... everything I would expect from a cheap Super 8 Motel
