Awful experience. I waited at the reception desk for two hours while they attempted to set up a room for me because I booked directly through their service rather than a third-party provider. After my Mastercard Apple Pay was charged on their terminal, the receptionist called my room and informed me that I needed to return to the front desk and pay with a different card, stating that the first payment had not gone through. He then spent additional time discussing the situation with his manager on how it could be resolved.

The room was as described and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The mini fridge was perfect for our short stay to keep drinks in the room. The hotel and our room were spotless and very comfortable beds. The shower was large and comfortable to navigate. We were hoping for a larger breakfast selection. The best part was the waffle maker so there was a line to use that. The staff were all knowledgeable and the cleaning crew went above and beyond, always following up to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. Would stay again. Great location - we appreciated the private parking lot which was easy to park in. Location right next to the mall while being distinctly separate was great.

Overall clean and decent hotel. Excellent service and staff. The in room bathroom renovation wasn’t complete. Painting wasn’t finished under the sink, and sloppy edges all around. Room was generally clean. Except the stools weren’t pulled out and cleaned behind. There were crumbs and wrapper pieces. There was also a hair left on the hair dryer. Breakfast was assorted packaged pastries, bread, bagels, and English muffins. There were three cereal choices, and a waffle maker. Eggs (round disks), sausage links and patties were all frozen and microwaved. All self serve on paper plates and plastic cutlery. Not much seating for breakfast (served from 6:30am - 9:30am). But that’s just nit picky stuff (mostly). Overall this was a good stay at a decent hotel. Quiet and set back from the Maine Mall so you don’t hear the noise. I’d stay again if the price was right.
