We loved the private pool! Our kids had a blast, even in the cold and rainy weather. It was a block from public beach access and in a great location.

We were comfortable but the property was a little outdated. The walls were a little dirty and the pool was dirty when we first arrived. The house had the bare minimum of towels, blankets, and utensils. Overall we had a good stay. The house was in a good area. The kids had a great time in the pool. The beds were comfortable.

Checking out South Padre Island

House was very clean and tidy. Nice outdoor patio area and pool was also very clean. Had pretty much everything we needed with the exception of pool towels and ice. Enjoyed our stay and have no problem recommending the property to other travelers!

Quick get away

Quick get away for 4 days to spend quality time with our little family. We have no children and we work hard and want to play hard with what the South Padre Island has to offer: Smorklng, beach combing, Beach water park. Spendng time together and at the house pool was so much fun.

Great location

Needs some updating, there’s wear and tear that needs to be addressed. It’s hard to leave the house because there’s no garage door opener, so you have to track star it. Great size, plenty of beds, love the pool.

We plan on coming back the only problems we had was the second shower upstairs was difficult and low pressure the master shower was great. Not a problem but not fond of the mirrors in the living/dining room we were 4 women without our spouses and every time we walking in there it startled us. But overall it was great and even had friendly neighbors

It’s a great home with plenty of space. The location was perfect close, easy access to beach. Yes it could use some updating but it did not bother us at all. We had a great view of fireworks from front balcony. The pool was great!

Walkable To Beach and Nice Pool Area

Overall, this place worked out well for our needs. Though we stayed for 2 months, this place is more suitable for a short term stay. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the outdoor space near the pool. The internet was decent for 2 remote workers. A few things for future guests to consider: Be prepared to bring your own pool towels and beach chairs, the pool is not heated and there appears to be some moldy areas in the house that may affect air quality.

Home is slightly older as you can see the paint bubbling and small cracks in the walls/ceilings. Location was great! Close to beach access, convenience store and night life! You can hear everything happening outside from the front bedroom! But what would you expect during Spring Break!
