My suv couldn’t make it up the last hill too get too the hotel .. I was only 3 minutes away I tried different routes and my wheels keept spinning even tho I had cables on my tires .. I was talking too the front desk and let them kno the issue I had too cancle .. I ended up booking another place just a few minutes away

Oh my goodness! We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. Very clean, amazing amenities, nice staff, beautiful fireplace in the bedrooms, great coffee in the rooms. It would be amazing if they can just add some ventilation in the bathrooms. We definitely recommend staying here.

The Hotel has bad service at all !!!! The house keeping don’t clean our room….. We paid a lot money for the hotel weekend ! And for finish : every time when the people take my car to parking ( the service only does the hotel) my car was with different scratches!!!! What ????? Do you think I want going again to the “Hilton Hotel South Lake Tahoe”
