Amazing Green Hill location . The home is located on a private road in the Hill Association section of Green Hill . A first floor master bedroom suite includes a queen bed and full bath. The large open kitchen and dining area opens up to a generous sized living room. A half bath w/laundry completes the main floor . Upstairs you will find a cozy room w/2 twin beds , a full bath w/shower and a large bedroom w/a queen size bed and a second floor deck overlooking the backyard and Trustom Pond Preserve . The lower walk-out area is a great private hang-out or sleeping spot. The sofa opens up to a queen bed and day bed serves as a twin . A full bath w/shower makes this another living potential offering plenty of space for guests everyone can enjoy a relaxing experience. All bedrooms have AC units . This fantastic home creates a beautiful setting for your getaway with a large main level back deck w/a screened porch . Enjoy the outside shower after visiting the private association beach w/the provided pass. Renters need to bring sheets & towels
