The Beach Ranch is a newly renovated space with rustic charm and all the modern amenities. It has its own private parking (4 spots), plenty of outdoor furniture including 6 muskoka chairs, rattan patio dining set for 8, and BBQ.
Location location location! Rent this centrally located 4 bed, 1.5 bath, sleeps 8 cottage. Very short walk to downtown and the world renowned Sauble Beach is across the street! Ideal for your next family vacation.
The large property is absolutely ideally located at the beach in the lively patio district and next door to main street steps to everything :)
Inside is fully furnished, well equipped kitchen, Smart TV and high speed WIFI internet. Linens are not provided.
Outside there is a large front deck with beach view and muskoka chairs to sit, relax and enjoy the sunshine.
