2nd visit to this resort, everything was ok, just didn’t feel that welcome by receptionist & some staff, we checked in after a 4 hour drive, was given room keys, we lugged our luggage to room on a different level and some way down the corridor to find that the room keys didn’t work, ok these things happen. Left luggage in the corridor, walked back to reception, receptionist took my key, no explanation, just said ‘try that now’ no apology, just a lack of awareness & indifference thankfully it worked. Suggest staff need further training in customer etiquette, we had a similar indifferent service from one of the bar staff, although must say the other bar tender was warm & friendly.
