â ïž Important Information â Renovation works in the residence
Renovation works have been ongoing in the residence since 1 September 2025 and will continue until the end of June 2026.
Scaffolding on the sea side has already been removed. Scaffolding remains on the forest side and is visible from certain areas of the apartment, which may partially affect the view. (see photos)
Works take place only from Monday to Friday (no weekend work). Occasional daytime noise may occur, but it is not continuous and does not significantly affect the comfort of your stay.
To compensate for this inconvenience, a 20% discount is applied to all stays until 30 June 2026.
