Best of the simply Suites

I am on the road every week …. Have stayed at Other Simply Suites (California, NY) and this is BY FAR superior. The common areas are well taken care of, which is not the case with others…. The lobby and hotel over all has a lovely scent… it hits you with “comfort and cleanliness” feeling. The rooms a re very well equipped and have been smartly updated. Its no frills, with good equipment and comfort.

This hotel is very dirty and it smells bad. When asked for extra sheets, we were told we cannot have any. The cleaning crew also informed us that the hotel is only cleaned weekly and a certain amount of rooms are to be cleaned weekly. The hotel is not cleaned daily and it smells so bad and smell of mold. I was also informed that this hotel shelters people. That may explain the bad smell. The showers were broken. The toilet did not work and our rooms were changed. The second rooms that we were given was just as worse as the first rooms. I doubt if this hotel is up to code. This place was horrible, the service was horrible and I did not enjoy my stay at all.
