Charming, cozy and airy studio centrally located to everything Simi Valley has to offer. Just minutes from the freeway, shopping and restaurants. This recently renovated studio is completely private and fully equipped for your stay. A combination of modern and natural tones gives this studio a warm feeling of style and comfort. Ideal for weekenders, couples and traveling professionals looking for elegant and snug place to rest.
The space is completely private but is attached to the main house so slight noise is possible. As you walk in you are greeted by a compact but well equipped kitchen (sink, fridge, electric stove top, and microwave) and a dining table beside it. The memory foam queen bed is lined with plenty of pillows and blankets to meet your comfort needs. The 58inch TV can be seen right from the bed or the cozy couch. The bathroom has a new modern look with a spacious stand up shower. Plenty of natural light enters, combining perfectly with the natural tone colors and vibrant plants, to give the room a pleasant and elegant look. No parties, drugs or smoking allowed. The studio shares a wall with the main house. There is an exterior ring camera facing the studio entrance.

This is a very nice, cute and clean studio apartment. It was just right. Very modern and up-to-date. I have been blessed to travel often and with my wife and we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend and rent from Danny again.

Base for reunion
The studio was very peaceful and clean. Lovely bathroom, nice large television, and a very, very comfortable bed with soft, luxurious linens. The studio is located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
