Perfect distance for attending event. strong quemical smell. old remodeled hotel. Good breakfast!

Stay here for a family gathering nearby. Super friendly staff at front desk; greeted with warm coffee and fresh chocolate cookies & a current newspaper. The bed was really cozy and comfortable. Room was quiet and restful. The Sunday special of late checkout til noon with breakfast offered from 7am to noon was awesome.

Hotel building is older, but updated inside rooms. No closet though. Salt water pool is pretty small. There were only two families there & we were in each other's way a lot. There was a shortage of clean, dry pool towels. Plus, the towels were super thin & small. Almost like a hand towel. Staff very friendly & eager to please.

Breakfast was great , courteous service, clean area, a lot of meal choices, fresh products and quite environment.

I do have to start out by saying that the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and that the bed was quite comfortable. I was, however, disappointed overall with our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Simi Valley, California. As soon as we walked in, I noticed a strong unpleasant smell - like urine. It was more noticeable to me than to my husband. Since we were only staying the one night and we were tired when we got in, we just put up with it, but it bothered me a lot while I was trying to fall asleep. Also, we were uncomfortable turning on the air as it made the curtains billow and blow which was very annoying while trying to fall asleep. So we turned it off and left it off for the night.

The free breakfast was terrific. They even had a pancake maker! Door to the room was on the outside which I like because one can open the door to get fresh air. The room was clean and looked good. The bathroom was clean and they had Bath and Bodyworks shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The people at the front desk we're welcoming and it was an easy check in process. Walked into the room and it was perfect! Clean, neat, and not hotel odor about it. When we checked out we commented on how much better the our overall experience was to the last time we stayed there a couple of years ago. They said theat it was under new ownership and they made a number of upgrades to the hotel. It certainly showed. The head of the maid services was also at the desk, by chance, and we told her the rooms were exceptionally clean. 5+!!!!

Very good and nice clean rooms ,close to the beach and nice breakfast

for Bing Holyday Inn Express, I expected nicer facilities and staff. the room had strange small to it. my biggest issue was with breakfast, the sign said breakfast ended at 9:30 am but the doors lock at 9:00 am the staff refuse to refill the breakfast items after 9:00am staff was rude and did not help customers

Downside: Very unhappy with the room there was a lot of mosquitoes! Upside: The rooms are cleaned up every day.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Needed a first floor room early and they made it happen. Nice area, walking distance to nice mall and restaurants. Ten minutes to Reagan Library which is worthwhile.

This hotel happened to be going through renovations when we were staying there. But the renovations were not obvious or intrusive. They kept it very neat and quiet. Our room was very nice. It was spacious and the jacuzzi tub was great. The location is great. I was most happy with the staff. They found two of my belongings in a drawer after I checked out and left the city and called me to inform me and offered to mail it to me or donate it. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was very nice and comfortable. We stayed in a king room with a jacuzzi tub in it. It was very spacious and the jacuzzi tub was awesome! Would stay here again for sure!

I booked this hotel four hours before i got there and i think i got my moneys worth. The room was big and clean i didnt mind taking of my shoes and neither did my girl friend. My room was a King Jacussi and thats exactly what i got. There was a big Jacussi in the corner of the room and a king size comfortable bed flat screen tv and a nice bathroom the sheets were clean and pillows where soft. I would have to say i would defenetly stay there again and recomend this place.

My girlfriend and I simply wanted a quiet night to celebrate New Years Eve...away from home and kids and dogs. So, we planned a nice hotel outing. The desk clerks were both very accommodating and friendly. When the room they had scheduled for me wasn't available, they immediately upgraded to a very nice room with a jacuzzi. It turned out to be the best New Years Eve either of had ever had. Thanks for helping make it so.

From beginning to end this was an exceptional stay and would reccomend to every couple that needs to get away from the kids for a night :) The staff was accomodating and extremely nice. I will definetly be returning as much as we can afford.

This was our first Hilton chain stay. Plenty of free parking. Bed was comfortable. I did find a few hairs on the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was okay. Breakfast area was clean and not crowded. A good assortment of food/juices, the usual stuff. The cinnamon rolls were very delicious, better than expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Had the king suite with jacuzzi and it was absolutely fantastic. Room was plenty spacious and clean, the king bed was super comfortable, plenty of blankets if needed, soft and firm choice for pillows, really just a very pleasent experience. Didn't wake up early enough for the continental breakfast, but the hotel offered it! Pool was clean (didn't use but it appeared well taken care of). Staff was efficient and friendly. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone. Don't let the exterior doors fool you either, you have to have a key card to even get into the corridors for the rooms so security was not an issue.

My wife and I are very happy to spend a night at this hotel while visiting family in town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is exceptionally large and very clean. The bed is super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is awesome with good varieties to please everyone. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

Everything worked: hot water, in-room WiFi. Everything was clean, and the staff I met were helpful. It isn't fancy but for a a place to sleep on your travels, it's good.
