The staff checking in was very rude. When we asked about the parking safety they shouted at us and told us take your belonging to the room it’s not safe to leave anything in the car. Also I accidentally walked toward the breakfast area during check in they shouted from the back and said it’s closed

We enjoyed staying at Holiday Inn, Chatsworth. Every angle was nice and clean, friendly and courteous personnel, excellent breakfast, definitely business friendly, eventhoug we didn't use the swimming pool, it looks clean and sparkling. Excellent parking!

I was so pleasantly surprised at just how wonderful this hotel was. From the free onsite parking, to the very delicious cooked breakfast with a great variety of foods and healthy options which was important for me. Also the place was so clean , sparkling CLEAN. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Very nice onsite work out room . I really can’t say enough about this hidden gem. I will only stay here whenever I am back in the LA area!!!!!
