Beyond Amazing Stay
The house was INCREDIBLE. INCREDIBLE. It had everything we could ever need. The Jacuzzi was extremely relaxing and amazing. Hollywood vibe at it's best!
This home has a modern "Hollywood" glamour vibe to it. It is spacious, clean and comfortable.
Our group of 5 adults were in town for ten days to record an album at a local studio. This home suited our needs perfectly with 4 separate bedroom spaces with potential to share in all rooms. We loved the open concept living room with the tall windows daytime and night, which made for a nice comfy atmosphere to sit as a group to relax, socialize and play music.
You can go out onto the balcony where you will enjoy the views and the garden, sit and have a coffee and pick a fresh orange or lemon to eat.
The area is gorgeous up higher in the canyon area. It's a quiet street a short drive away from all amenities, shops and great restaurants.
Our host Allan was beyond excellent. Allan is a cool guy. He is responsive, accommodating, thorough, respectful and very helpful when I asked him for extra linens, towels, pots and even a crock pot!
This accommodation is an excellent choice, and you will surely enjoy your stay.

Could have been better equipped
The location and size of the property was perfect for our family, however the property was being cleaned up to the time of check-in (which originally was 3 pm and moved to 4 pm to accommodate cleaning). The "fully stocked" kitchen was poorly appointed making meal prep difficult; i spent as much time, or more, scrubbing cookware as I did actually preparing meals. For a party of 7, the property contained 2 towels, etc. The smell of Marijuana in the house and coming from the downstairs/basement was strong. I've stayed at many Air B&B/ Vrbo locations, and this one was definitely not conducive to a comfortable stay.

Hip Home in Eclectic Neighborhood
Wanted to stay close to Universal Studios Hollywood without being in a hotel or cramped house on a busy street. We found this property to be very spacious for seven people and enjoyed the comfortable beds, fruit trees, hot tub, and cool decorations, including some very awesome and unique lamps throughout.
Take some time to drive to the north and check out the rest of the area—an array of eclectic homes—all different and unique!
