The room was very spacious, front desk was super friendly, and house keeping is wonderfully fast when you need things. The room had extra pillows in the closet area and the kitchen was decently equiped (though the blades need some sharpening). Some cons were the water took quiet a bit to get hot, maybe because it was a holiday weekend. You can also hear the people in the rooms above you stomping around and the T.V. (which I like to use as a distraction while getting the bath ready for a toddler) didn't allow any casting and had barely any channels.

The check in was fast and the staff was really nice and helpful. Room is very spacious and clean. The only negative about the stay was the experience during breakfast. The kitchen staff was rude and was taking away the food right at your face. No manners at all, not even saying a simple excuse me.

Need more breakfast selection and need to keep breakfast open longer cleaning crew need to at least service your room , but overall a very nice cozy spot , and need more parking spaces , rooms are realky nice

The size of the room is appealing. That is all this hotel has going for it. Check-in staff is very nice. There is no rooom service here. The room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There seemingly have been no renovations here in years. Not sure why this is hotel is so well-rated on Hotels.com. Won't be staying here again.

It was a clean and enjoyable experience. The bed was somewhat comfy. The room we had was a suite for up to 4 guests, we only had 3 in our party, but yet the room was only stocked with a place setting for 2 so it made it a bit challenging. Breakfast was good.
