Perfect location to food and shopping.
I found the hotel to be very clean and well kept. The pool and Jaquizzi were both very nice. My suite was spacious but the TV in the living room did not work. Bathroom essentials were not stocked before my arrival.
When you check in they hit you with a $10 a day parking fee. I did not see that noted on the information when i booked. The toilet was a 3.5 gal. Per flush and would not flush with one flush and would fill almost to the rim before flushing. The shower gave barely enough water to rinse the soap off your body. The air conditioner smelled of mold. The room was cleaned very well as was the hallway the bed was very comfortable and there were alot of options on tv. The hotel was nice in a great location.

The parking and breakfast is not free. The place is not clean and the amenities advertised are not working. I found out dirty underwear in my room and trash under the beds. I brought this issues at check out and besides saying " I am sorry", there was not effort to mele things better.
The area
Air conditioning unit extremely old school and loud. Mattress needed to be replaced probably a few years ago - I slept downhill until the last night when I thought to prop up the downside with pillows & towels. 328 bed near bathroom if this is going to hotel.
Close to my destination
Beds were hard. You could hear everything through the walls. If you don’t flip a switch the fridge won’t turn on. The shower has no pressure at all. Takes forever to rinse your hair which I would think waste more water overall… Would no stay her again.
Warning! The Grand Vista now charges for parking!!! They have tons of room in their lot, and no security!! As I was leaving I saw a car that had been vandalized! The place is still a wreck - there is tape on the "hardwood" floors in the hallways (its not hardwood - just a cheap snap together floor). The room had been painted since the last time I was there, but the bathroom sink was cracked and the vanity had cracks. There were people yelling in the hall and banging on doors all night, looks like they are housing the homeless! Very scary - what a dump!!!
The bed was very comfortable. There was no drinking bottled water. Bottled water was in the room but way to expensive. Other than that, great place to stay.

Room was clean but beds were pretty small. No special amenities provided. Bottled water in the room required payment.
The only complaints was the shower not working well which was a huge inconvenience.
