We booked two rooms, and both rooms had to be changed. One room the ac was broken, and the other had ants. The second rooms were much nicer though. Express breakfast was a joke, fruit bowl was very minimal and they didn't even have water out

Toilet ran all night. Hair dryer didn't work. Only one plug worked in bathroom. Light stayed lit on phone.

Our room was filled with tiny ants and the walls were so thin that we could hear every conversation in the hall outside our room and everything going on in the rooms around us. The beds above us and in the rooms next to us creaked noisily with every movement made by another guest. The doors slamming all night kept us awake, not to mention the activity in the room next door and the people cussing outside our room. I wouldn't recommend staying here with children or if you are interested in getting a good night's sleep.

The property was okay. Convenient to where we needed to go.

Nice hotel but lacks in cleanliness. Our room was big but not very clean. Our bed sheets had a big large stain that looked like it was blood and the shower had a lot of hair like somebody had shaved and the cleaning staff forgot to clean it. The ac only had on and off, you could not set the desired temerature. It had to be either completely on all night or completely off making the room very cold at night when left on or very hot after it was turned off .

Overall it is good. Nothing to complain. Our stay was only for two nights.

I wasn't impressed with the onsite restaurant "Vistas" and I couldn't take my kids into the pub next door called "Arena" due to their age. However the hotel room was nice and our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was entirely too small and oddly shaped.

We were looking for a hotel to just rest as we can seem to rest at home. The hotel was OK, but the pool and spa was in need of chemicals no one checks the pool through-out the day and I had to ask them to put chlorine in the spa. So I will not be back. Thank you Louis M

My stay was great, room was clean and tidy. Had some issues with the wifi. Not as great as I remember it being a few years ago. The back parking lot and rear entrance could be monitored better. There were empty beer bottles and trash left in the parking area. Overall it was very nice.

This hotel is a great value at the price. The beds are bit small for the double bed room but they where comfortable which made up for it. This place rite next to some night club that looked nice. The area great right off the freeway and close to stores. We would stay here again the room was clean. All in all great stay staff was friendly check in was simple.

I have stayed many times at this hotel for years. It is a good value for what you get which is a good size room and pretty decent location. Good access. Could use some upgrading. My experience with the staff has been great. Could use more soap and maybe lotion in the bathroom!

The hotel met all our needs, the disappointment was not having a breakfast as most good hotels do. We were told it was not in our package? When we placed the reservation, this was not mentioned.

The Hotel is about 30 min from Six Flags. Good hotel room for the price.

Overall it's ok. bathroom need to be remodeled. Food is good.

Hotel is in a nice area near the freeway, large mall and restaurants. I chose it to be close to the Reagan Library. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful; especially check in employee. The room was large. Average furnishings with a large sofa, desk/chair and comfortable bed. Refrigerator and microwave oven available for use. The carpet in room and hallways was old in uneven in the halls. There was a large pool and hot tub. The hotel provided lounge chairs and covered tables with chairs all around pool. A breakfast buffet was available for $5.00. This included waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt, coffee, juice. (No eggs/bacon.) The Arena lounge/restaurant/bar was very nice. Atmosphere like a sports bar. Food available. Pool tables. Music. Great service. Reasonable prices for drinks. Food was average. Would definitely stay here again. The price was extremely reasonable.

Very pleasant staff, parking is convenient. I would definitely stay again.

No excuse for a hotel not to have hot water and the room smelled dated.

Front desk Richard was not accomodating,He put us in a room beside the boiler room or mechanical room (301).Very unprofessional.Pregnant girl at front desk is the same.I ask her to call the manager on duty ,she said wasnt therea few miutes later she came out of the office .Not familiar with her Job .The room was ok except we can hear a motor or engine running on the other room. Not worth paying $141.00& 159.00 That Richard wanted to charge me on the first night.
