Check in process was the worst of all the rental properties we have experienced over the last 15 years. Had to wait 60 min for the correct door lock code and there was no designated parking space. Pots and pans need to be replaced. Would also recommend having a dresser in the bedrooms. Otherwise, the condo was very nice and everything functioned as it should.

We visited Silverthorne for my son’s wedding. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. The condo was quiet and convenient. Not far from all the activities we had. The only thing not listed in the amenities was the type of coffee maker so I emailed and got that sorted. Thanks for everything!D

Such a perfect size condo for 5 adults and an infant! The view from the back porch is beautiful, we had a beautiful view of the river and the neighborhood was quiet and nice! This condos location is close to everything you could possibly need!!!

This property is centrally located and has easy access to get to other cities nearby. The Blue River flowing outside the back balcony is very relaxing. I wish there were ceiling fans installed due to no central air because it can get a little warm during the summer.

Nice summer stay

Nice, new condo. Love the stealth Murphy bed in living area. Hornet nest on balcony, but prop mgr came same day to spray. Stayed during hottest week in Summit Co., so first days were hot inside. Unit has no AC, but that is totally understandable (almost no homes in Summit have or need). Parking spot a bit far from unit, but guessing that will get better after adjacent construction complete.
