スタッフの方はとても感じがよく、居心地も良くまた泊まりたいと思いました。 良くなかったのは朝食の注文で麺の後にフレンチトーストと頼んだのにフレンチトーストが先に出て来て、そしてぬるくてちょっと硬かったです、残念。 シャワーの排水が1日目は悪くなかったのですが2日目から悪かったです。 立地的には中心から少し離れているけど歩ける範囲で、静かな事も良かったです。オールドマーケットからトゥクトゥクは2ドルでした。

The staff went above and beyond on everything. The hotel amenities were amazing and the location is good. Rent a scooter and you can get around and see the city very easily. You must stay here, the customer service is the best and they are true life savers.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were very comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a restful night's sleep, and the shower had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water—both small but important details that made our experience even better. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening. While the food was enjoyable and the wait staff was friendly, we feel there is an opportunity to enhance the overall dining experience. A bit more training in restaurant hospitality could elevate the service, and more polished uniforms—including closed-toe shoes—would contribute to a more professional and polished atmosphere. That being said, we truly appreciated the hospitality and the effort that went into making our stay pleasant. With a few refinements, this place has the potential to be exceptional. We look forward to visiting again!

This is a nice hotel, about 800m out of town. I’d probably prefer somewhere more central however transportation by tuk tuk is easy and cheap. The food and beverage options were limited and the breakfast offering was not great. There is a nice pool and a small gym. WiFi was patchy

The hotel is a nice oasis of calm in the heart of Siem Reap. Calm & tidy, the room was decent & pool area never too busy. The staff are what set this place apart - every single person from breakfast to spa greets you with a smile, it’s not forced, it’s genuine. A special mention to Anna, Naza & Hana at the front desk. No task too big or small. Please remember where you are, in a fundamentally poorer country, they are providing an excellent experience in terms of service & amenities.

The hotel is beautiful, with excellent service and amazing accommodations. While it's a bit outside the main area, specifically Pub Street, it's only a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride (Grab) away. Additionally, there's a good cafe, an ATM, and laundry services located less than a block from the hotel.

Disappointing Service at a Stunning Hotel

I recently stayed at a visually stunning hotel with high expectations, but the experience fell far short of its five-star rating and price tag. The Presidential Suite with an in-room pool promised luxury but lacked privacy, leading to a noise complaint on our second night. The hotel's solution—moving us twice—was disruptive and poorly handled. Breakfast was another disappointment: slow service, overpriced coffee not included in the "all-inclusive" package, and confusion over the à la carte menu. The food quality didn’t match its fine-dining claim, with cold, improperly prepared dishes and a lack of attention to dietary needs. Dinner was equally disorganized, with mismatched serving times and bland food. Inclusions like the airport transfer and spa treatment also underwhelmed. The transfer was misleadingly advertised, and the spa lacked privacy, with a glass wall exposing the treatment area to public view. While staff were polite, they often seemed inexperienced and struggled to address basic issues. A manager later attempted to resolve our concerns, offering a complimentary meal and honoring our transfer. However, by then, the damage was done. Despite its Instagram-worthy appearance, this hotel failed to deliver on fundamental service and quality. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not stay here again.

Absolutely faultless 99% of the time, I could see that on our last day the restaurant staff were hard pushed over the breakfast period as the service was not as good as the 3 mornings before. However everything else was superb. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful place!

Sarai is a beautiful boutique hotel close to the action of Pub Street! We stayed 3 nights but would have loved to stay longer. The people are all so lovely. Their attentiveness and calmness helped us have one of the most relaxing stays we have had. The architecture of the hotel was interesting, Moroccan style but an interesting inner courtyard that reminded us of the stairs in Harry Potter, oh and the room was large, clean and quiet. A great place at a very reasonable price! Thank you everyone at Sarai!
