Had a lovely stay at Sarai. Staff were very helpful, rooms were spacious, clean and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had this trip. The hotel is just outside the main streets of Siem Reap, but that was perfect after a day of exploring and we just wanted to chill by the pool.

We booked 4 night but stayed 8. Exceptional hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The interior resembles an Esher painting with black metal stairways going in many directions against white crisp walls. It’s refreshing to see creativity in hotels rather than a straight out functionality. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. We spent most of our down time on the day bed which was so comfortable. The staff are outstanding. Every single one of them is helpful, polite, and happy. If we ever come back to Siem Reap we would stay at the Sarai and it would feel like coming home. Thank you Sarai xx

The staff went above and beyond on everything. The hotel amenities were amazing and the location is good. Rent a scooter and you can get around and see the city very easily. You must stay here, the customer service is the best and they are true life savers.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The accommodations were very comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a restful night's sleep, and the shower had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water—both small but important details that made our experience even better. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening. While the food was enjoyable and the wait staff was friendly, we feel there is an opportunity to enhance the overall dining experience. A bit more training in restaurant hospitality could elevate the service, and more polished uniforms—including closed-toe shoes—would contribute to a more professional and polished atmosphere. That being said, we truly appreciated the hospitality and the effort that went into making our stay pleasant. With a few refinements, this place has the potential to be exceptional. We look forward to visiting again!

This is a small, lovely, quiet property. The pool was beautiful, the room spacious and the staff were attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this for a stay in Siem Reap.
