The pool area was very nice, and our "cabana deluxe" room was pool side with tropical plants all around. The cost of the hotel was 3-star while the hotel and staff I would rank as 4-star.

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The pool was nice and was a great way to cool down in the heat of Cambodia. The location is too far from the market in downtown Siem Reap to walk, given the heat, but a tuk tuk was always on hand for a $2 ride into town…very manageable and is part of the experience anyway. We were picked up from and dropped off at the airport by the hotel driver free of charge. Very pleased with the service, cost, and experience at the hotel.

Nice hotel with pleasant staff Sumptous breakfast each morning

Best experience and excellent service! Hotel staff is very professional and truthfully welcoming.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was nice, and the breakfast buffet was terrific. The location was good. It was very easy to get around the city. However, I found the air conditioning to be too strong. I would have loved to have a fan and leave the windows open.

All the staff were helpful and super friendly. They made sure I was picked up and driven to the hotel. They also helped me get to my next location and called ahead for me.

The hotel is very beautiful from the outside and the inside is very nice too. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They arranged a private tour guide for us using one of their hotel car and driver - which you need to pay for, but it was extremely affordable and reasonable.

I mostly stayed at the hotel due to work requirements which can sometimes be inconvenient but the saem and it's staff and kitchen made for an excellent stay. I will stay there again when I return to Siem Reap.

The hotel itself was incredible. Great food, room service, AC, Wifi, clean, saltwater pool, etc. What makes it amazing is the staff. Everyone there was so nice and friendly! They arrange to take you to from the airport, provide you with cool towels and drinks when you first arrive, help you with tours, etc. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to any friends.

We stayed one night in the so called "cabana room" which was just a normal room next to the pool. The pool was really crowded so we didn't get a chance to use it. The hotel offers a western breakfast and spa services as well. They also had free car transfer to and from the airport which was really convenient. We had hot water the first day but not the second.

Very nice place, but located away from city center. Short taxi ride, but too long too walk They provided free transportation to/from the airport. Good food available in hotel Arranged for van/guide for our group. Van and guide was relatively inexpensive when spread across the 4 people in our group. The guide was very helpful in highlighting the must see places and suggesting alternative. If I ever went back to Angkor Wat, I would absolutely stay at this hotel.

We had a awesome late greeting with airport pickup and hotel friendly staff with welcoming drinks. The hot breakfast has everything for everyone and very good. We wish we could stay more than 2 nights but we'all be back. The transfer to airport was ontime and many thank yous we stayed at the hotel.

Great staff. Nice rooms and facilities. Convenient and next to the attractions.

This hotel picked us up and brought us back to the airport with nice staffs and drivers with no extra charges. Nice and clean hotel and room. Hotel staffs are very good with english and knowledge of where we wanted to go, like sight seeing. Took a tug-tug from hotel to night market costed us $2.00 usd. Went to see the Anger Wat and other temple sites arranged by the hotel costed $40.00 usd for a whole day, driver stayed and waited for us the whole time, will worth it. The buffet breakfast was reasonably good. Over all, a good trip and great hotel.

very friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel. close enough to downtown / airport and angkor watt

Great hotel used them for transportation in area and to and from airport. Great service nice and relaxing very attentive staff.
