Our stay at Saem Siem Reap was the best service we’ve ever experienced! We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean, in good condition and very comfortable. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to Angkor Wat temples for the day which was very affordable. The driver provided a cool towel and bottle of water after each stop, and transported us in a very clean air conditioned vehicle to our next stop. He also dropped us off at a delicious local restaurant for excellent Cambodian food. We also thoroughly enjoyed the drives to and from the airport with friendly and informative guides. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we will certainly be back and recommend to everyone we know. The Cambodian hospitality we felt really made our trip memorable.

Obviously the hotel is nice and checks all the boxes like many others do (comfort, location, price, etc) but the entire staff is second to none and really added that intangible feeling to a trip that makes a country/hotel memorable. The staff is exceptional in service, friendliness. I ordered room service, the food delivered hot and well presented and my drink was freshly made, not watered down with ice. You have the quiet luxury quality stay and you’re only a $3 tuk tuk ride from the city market and night life.

Absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good about this hotel. Spotlessly clean, safe, well decorated, beautiful rooms, swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, spa on location, and a great buffet breakfast. Restaurant there was wonderful. The staff is beyond excellent. Phanit drive us from airport to hotel. Great guy. All the staff, and I mean all the staff, every single one, was excellent!!!! Well located only 10 minutes by tuk tuk to downtown area. This is a beautiful hotel. We want to return for a much longer stay, and will when we decide the time. Management was super great. Very nice place at a great location. We stayed 4 nights there between Dec. 11-15, 2025. Rooms are clean and the staffs were very helpful. Especially ms.Sreykea not only helped us on getting directions, arranging tranportations but also introduced us to Cambodian history and architecture. At this time, Saem Reap was not affected by the border conflicts making the stay worry free. We are so happy with our visit.

This was a fantastic hotel. There was construction going on nearby and the staff were very apologetic about it even though they couldn’t help the noise. The pool is wonderful and the restaurant is pretty good too. It’s close to Khmer pub Street which has some interesting and less touristy night life choices. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough of the staff at Saem Siem Reap hotel. From the moment I arrived to when I left, the staff accommodate all my needs. Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival, a plate of fruits awaiting me coming back from dinner first night, spotless roomand swimming pool, and delicious breakfast. On my last day in Siem Reap, I booked a sleeper bus to Phnom Penh so after checking out at noon, they held my bags while I went to the Angkor National Museum and dinner. Upon coming back, Mr Sopheap, the hotel manager, offered let me take a shower in their spa facility. What a thoughtful gesture! And they offered to let me use their business office with the AC on full blast until my bus leave which is at 10:30 pm. In addition they had a driver take me to the Giant Ibis, free of charge, which is only 500 meters away but still a great gesture. I have no doubt where I will stay the next time I am in Siem Reap.

The hotel is quite nice. Staff is excellent and very efficient. Rooms are well appointed and rhe pool is clean and well maintained. The food at the restaurant is above average but the breakfast buffet is excellent.
