The hotel was decent overall. Unfortunately, there was an entire soccer team staying on the floor above us, and it was extremely noisy when they returned from outings—sounding like a herd of buffalo. We also experienced an issue with the shower light and had water leaking from the bathroom ceiling due to the shower above us, which caused our bathroom to flood. Fortunately, the staff relocated us to the top floor, which resolved all of these issues. The night-time staff, however, could have been more approachable and friendly.
