Clean room

The lobby had me concern but when I went to the room it was updated and clean. The curtains to the windows was old but other than that I was comfortable and it was super affordable

The hotel property we stayed in is currently being remodeled! Therefore there were lots of issues .The staff was polite and as helpful as they could be however, the customer should be told before they check in that the level of service and quality of services are not up to par!

What I liked-good location What I didn’t like-unfriendly staff/unwelcoming What I didn’t like-I was informed my room would be cleaned on 3rd day. That’s all I was told. When it didn’t happen on 3rd day I mentioned it to staff and was told I needed to request it I normally stay at the hotel next to this one but it was not available Staff never smiles

Amazing customer service! The young lady at the front desk was very friendly! She personally baked a fresh batch of cookies for a family and I thought was so thoughtful!

Excellent stay at a very clean property. Dorelis, the young lady working in the breakfast area, never stopped moving. She was doing constant deep cleaning and maintaining the breakfast bar. She was a delight to talk to, as was all of the staff. I will definitely make this my hotel of choice for this area.
