We were only in the room long enough to sleep. Room was clean, staff was ok. Only issue was noise from the room above us. Probably a child so just one of those things. It was pretty quiet from 1 am- 7, so that was good.

When we come to Shelby we always use this hotel to stay. The staff is always welcoming and kind. The room is clean and the breakfast is good too. It close to the mall 2 minute walk depending on how fast you walk. Will recommend to others as a place to stay.

The hotel was one that had been renovated from some other hotel so was not what I was expecting! With that said. That should not take away from the fact that the room was clean, the staff was very friendly. The area in which it is located was not bad and I felt safe I probably should have reported that the TV in the room I was in was on the brink of having an issue and the hotel itself was a bit cool ( temperature wise). At the end of the day. I would stay here again and again. I guess that is the most important part!

More variety of choices for breakfast would be nice. Why do you put handicap-accessible rooms on upper level floors? In an emergency, these are the people that need to have lower level rooms so they can get out on their own, rather than being trapped with stairs they can't manage.
