I booked this property based off the photos. But when i arrived it was clear those photos were edited. The rooms were ran down and dirty. Switched rooms 3 times before I came to the conclusion that it's not going to get any better. Shortly after i settled in, i realized that the appliances didn't work. Everything was booked and/or the prices were inflated. So I tried to book an extra night and they kicked me out for filing a complaint with the booking company (expedia)

Good stay, but could be better.

Needs better breakfast variety. Felt jipped because it said continental and it was only Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran cereal, apples, yogurt and toast. Juices looked too dark to be natural and coffee was cold. Also, it said every room had a garden view and yet it was just a closed out pool and trees that went to the highway.

Filth at the Day’s Inn.

The room was filthy. The chairs had dried drips of something all over them. The bedding was stained. The white? Towels were gray and stained. The area around the toilet was gross with filth. There was no place in the room that wasn’t dirty. No way would we stay there. We left and found a nice Hampton Inn.

The towels in my room when i arrived had stains on them, as well as the shower curtain itself. The cabinet that the microwave and fridge were in was sticky. Arguing outside my room after midnight. I only ended up staying there for 1 out of my 3 nights I booked.

Lots of things needed repairs; shower, floor, doors, refrigerator, and stained linen. Pool availability was short, plus it wasn’t open even when it was suppose to be. Very loud and noisy ac unit and didn’t cool the room like it should. Would not recommend.

What i saw on the website was far more different from got to the property. Toilets not working properly, swimming pool is out of order, bugs and mosquitoes everywhere. It wasn’t what I anticipated at all

The lobby had a bit of a smell and the pool wasn't open for the season yet, but the room was great. Clean, nice design, and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

This place is nasty. Broken shower head that fell off as soon as I tried to adjust it, broken toilet seat, broken microwave that randomly beeps so we had to unplug it. Cable jack is pulled out of the wall. The pool is empty and as dirty as it could possibly be. The mini fridge is sitting on blocks and leaking water into a big tray that it sits in and barely allows the door to open. Inside of the fridge is very gross. TV is maybe 20 inches and falls off the wall of you barely touch it. You can see daylight through the cracks in the door as well. On top of all that, when we checked in there were at least 10 guys hanging out in a group along the sidewalk in front of all the room doors until after midnight. Literally had to step over peoples feet to get to the door. The lights along the walkway have also blown out or been turned off on purpose and the place is super dark and sketchy. It wreaked of weed all over the building and parking lot from the minute we got there to the minute we left. The advertised free breakfast consisted of a waffle machine and 4 slices of bread. It is absolutely awful. Please see the pics. I should have taken more. One star is way too high for this place. $117 a night is robbery.
