You should consider not coming to this one

That place was filthy, sofa had large stains on the cushions the bed never was even slept in based on the questionable state of the sink and bath tub with very large very visible streaks of a very glove and Clorox worthy unidentified substance all over the sink and sink handle. Finally making my way to the bathroom which was only partially accessible due to the door dragging the floor which was covered in what I assume was water or not I don't know and it was nothing lacking for the trip to see that the so called deep soak bathtub has not been cleaned I'm quite sometime estimated by the height thickness and dark black ring all the way around the inside and my favorite part is how the shower handle that has absolutely nothing holding it on and comes off in your hand. It's never been what I would consider 4 or 5 stars and while I didn't ask for one it would I'm my opinion be a stay that should come with a refund and possibly a tetanus shot so sadly I gotta say I do not recommend this one and will prefer to not give it any stars at all

First of all I booked Comfort inn, therefore I didn't stay at Quality Inn. Secondly, the Guy at the reservation dest ignored me when I asked him to switch me to Comfort Inn. Something has been going on with my phone and I think that's why the booking was wrong. I stayed 2 nights at comfort inn because that's where I always stay. Cost me extra.

Very business friendly

The customer service was great very sweet people. The tub could use an update sanding and a new paint coat. No issue with any other cleaning though. They need a new ice machine. But other than that my stay was good no other complaints. Would definitely stay again.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was dirty, it had dirt in the bathtub/shower. The desk chair had something that looked like an oil on it. The other chair in the room had spots on it along with crumbs. The ceiling had large water spots on it and the phone in the room looked like it was growing mold on it. It had many restaurants close by to choose from.

Upon checking into the room i noticed dirty stains on the blankets. As i continue to inspect the room the fub was FILTHY!! It was obvious the tub hasn't been cleaned in months!! There was visible sand as well as trash on the floor. I did complain to the manager. I told him he could come see the room if he wanted too. I was very disappointed.

Needs work!

I stayed here 3 years ago and it was in better condition. This time, the bed made a clanging sound when getting in and out, as though the box spring was made of metal. There's no handicap access, and the grab bar had been pulled away from the wall, so it didn't aid in stepping into the bath tub. Overall, this Quality Inn is in dire need of a quality upgrade! I must admit, though, the check-in went well and the attendant was professional and courteous.

everything was nice about our stay with only one exception, noisy people in the room above us from midnight until around 4am…don’t understand why people wait ‘till everyone is sleeping to begin their partying…otherwise everything was ideal!
