Staying here for my first time in Shanghai and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very helpful and always welcoming, the rooms were cleaned everyday and came with multiple sets of robes and slippers. There are amenity kits and fully stocked with plenty of hair shampoo, conditioner. There was always fresh tea and water bottles available as well. Would definitely stay here again.

1st night, we were assigned to a room with an detached air-conditioning unit. The night went by very noisy because the machine was making a rattling sound. The hotel change us to a new room next day. All rooms were clean and amenities fill up daily. Staff were excellent and attentive. Take a free tour from the hotel and it was excellent; a lot of information offered. Definitely will stay there again.

I had a great four days at the Blossom Shanghai. The location is good and the room I had. Queen Garden room, was excellent. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only issue would be that there is not a bar on the premises, it has been closed for over a year and there can be quite a wait for the elevators. Those things said, it is still a great hotel and I would happily stay here again the next time I’m in Shanghai.
