We stayed two nights here in late December. We really liked the warm breakfast. Also, we liked the central location! However, it was really surprising that hot water did not come out of the shower in the evening hours. We noted that to the receptionist as soon as we checked in, and we were told that we would have the same issue in another room and we needed to keep the water running longer. We kept the water running for more than 10 minutes, but still the water was lukewarm... actually on the cold side. The same issue continued on the second evening. However, hot water did come out in the morning hours although water pressure was very low. The hotel is noted for 5 stars, but in our opinion, this is barely a three star hotel at its current maintenance level. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP!

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. The older building is noisy though. Lots of bumping and water rushing sounds in our particular room. The half panel on the bathtub isn't enough to contain the shower water. Couldn't get the A/C to cool or dehumidify the room. The hallway was more comfortable.

I had a wonderful time staying here. The view for the breakfast buffet is amazing. I also enjoyed the cultural center across the street where I was able to see a play for 10 euros then walk over and have a nice dinner. The room was clean and modern and restful. The staff were excellent with everything I could possibly need. I will absolutely come back in the future.
