This hotel is stunning. The staff are very professional and welcoming. Pools are beautiful, rooms are as well. The only negative was the room service I ordered was very average. Apart from that an amazing stay and I would definitely return.

Can not fault this beautiful hotel service is exceptional and friendly but not over bearing . Rooms are clean generous soft feather pillows multiple towels and water complimentary. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable . Second turn down in the evening with fresh towels etc. love love love this place. Pools are awesome and beachfront position very nice . Will always stay here in the future .

Incredible stay at Hotel Indigo, from the moment we arrived until we returned to the airport to fly home -- could not fault a thing! The staff were incredible, attentive, and so sweet with my 6yo daughter. The room was impeccable with everything we needed. Everything from the food, service, kids activities, spa, reiki and yoga, help with organising airport transfers - we felt so looked after and relaxed during our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property with an amazing staff. Room was beautiful especially the bathroom view 😍. Breakfast was amazing every day with the different food choices you had. Pools area was very tranquil but was not really pleased with the beach as it had alot of garbage on the sand. Overall would definitely recommend.

Me and my partner absolutely loved this hotel. It’s located directly on seminyak Beach. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We traveled for my birthday and they even gave me a cake. I couldn’t of had a better experience. The hotel also had several amenities and hosted daily activities.

Great hotel, our 3rd year in a row staying here, we love it, well kept hotel, easy walking distance to Legian and Kuta or into the heart of Seminyak. Great pools, awesome breakfast, staff are wonderful, pool menu would be better if they changed it up with some new offerings.
