What didn’t go well — Room: reddish brown blood stains that could have been blood; towels old and ragged Staff: horrendous except for evening girl; do not know how to check in a service animal Amenities: breakfast was sub par not due to food but staff was cranky and rude, plus they didn’t keep it tidy DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Bathroom was not clean hair in the shower and on the floor. Only one elevator worked, which made it really slow for everybody to use one. The water went out for several hours the second day we were there. We weren’t able to use showers or toilets. The control for the air conditioner stopped working because the batteries died so we weren’t able to turn the air conditioner down. The room was at 66°. We will not be staying there in the future.

The only reason i rate it 1star is because i left my gold clippers and they didnt call me. Yea its my fault i left then but we all forget stuff i expect a good honest establishment to call the number of the room and say we found your clippers. They cost more than the room so thats my issue other than that it was all great :/ and i know for sure thats where i left them too
