The house is beautiful and laid out nicely with plenty of privacy for each of the guests. We had a family get together there is plenty of room and lots of spaces to hang out. We really appreciated the host accommodating an early check in. The space is well kept, clean and nicely stocked. Thank you so much we will keep this property in mind every time we come to Sedona.

Amazing beautiful property. Close and convenient to shopping and hiking. Quiet property for a getaway. Host was quickly responsive to anything we needed.

Stellar view, comfortable accommodations

100% would return. Clean property, amazing view from the backyard pool and hot tub. We found ourselves returning back to the vrbo as quickly as possible to spend time/have a fire/swim/grill in the backyard! Spacious house that worked great for families - separate mother in law suite for extra space.

The property was in very good condition and as advertised. The backyard was private, quiet and absolutely beautiful. The home was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Just a note, the owner did come by the property. He is a very nice guy but it was a bit unusual.

We rented a car which was nice to be able to drive to the trail heads and into Sedona. The house was big enough to sleep 7 girls comfortably. Levi and Vivid were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and helpful before and during our trip. I would definitely stay at this house again or any property hosted by Vivid.
