Come stay at our home! It is located in Central District and everything you need is just within a 5 minute walk. It has been newly renovated and newly furnished. It is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation home that is FULLY stocked for your stay. Your space includes a balcony with a BBQ grill and dining area. We have a large living/dining area to host your whole family. There are multiple grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, liquor stores, dispensaries all just within the next two blocks!

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and spacious bedrooms!

This unit is located in an upper level so you will need to take a flight of stairs to enter and exit home. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the host!

Located between Capitol Hill and Central District, this home is located in a hub of restaurants and cafes.

PARKING: We may be able to offer parking for $10/day if you have a compact car. There is also free 2 hour street parking and street parking is free from 6pm - 7am. Additionally, there is a paid parking lot that is a 6 minute walk from the home.

NOTE: There is construction happening in the neighboring lot. It tends to get loud between 7am and 4pm. We are so sorry for this inconvenience - unfortunately, we do not have any control over our neighbor's construction.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an ironing board.
