Even if we pay for the beat room we were put in a downgrade room. When I went to ask for a new room the manager was very rude and cold and pretty much he sent me away.

The room was nice and clean. Great view from the balcony. The elevator was sketchy but was under construction so will probably be fixed.

While the room was outstanding, issues with our access cards hampered our stay. Our first full day, our access cards stopped working. A quick trip to the front desk with a polite apology, we were back in business. It happened again yesterday and another trip to the front desk was not as welcoming. The woman that helped us was cold and indifferent, almost bordering on rude with a condescending attitude towards our plight despite the fact she was the one that checked us in in Friday afternoon. Aside from that, our stay was delightful. We're pleased that the new ownership is investing in much needed repairs to the building and we cannot wait for the finished product. We'll be back but some of the staff needs a brush up on their customer service skills.

The property is very affordable so if that’s what you’re looking for it’s terrific. It’s got a great location and ample parking. He will not find any kind of airflow in the rooms. You will not find any air-conditioning in the rooms there’s mold in the bathrooms because there’s no vents. Even though the walls are concrete, you can hear everything. There wasn’t a lot of partying at night so we slept well but the children that were there with the families definitely woke us up at 6 AM. Like I said it’s super affordable so if you’re just looking for a place to crash, it’s a good option.

They are under a HUGE renovation. Lots of unfinished areas to be careful around. Pool was rough and ripping up our kids' feet. Our fireplace was ripped out and just covered with plastic. No alerts of such.

The room was good; the lamps were not wiped down and had dusty sticky stuff but other than that it was pretty clean, the view was great, the construction was loud and annoying, that is why we had to give 3 stars. They blocked the driveway a lot, so it was hard to get through. The staff was great, kind and knowledgeable.

This hotel is under construction until Fall. The fireplaces are in the process of being replaced. Many things are in need of replacement. The door tends to open with a gust of wind. We woke up in the morning and our door was ajar. Use the dead bolt to prevent this. The carpet was torn in some places and the fridge makes intermittent knocking noises. The first time we got into the bed we found that the mattress pad was damp. It took an hour to get someone to come replace the bedding. Also the bathtub plug didn't hold the water. I am hopeful that all these issues will be resolved with the renovations. All in all we had a great time. The location is beautiful and Mo’s restaurant on site is always so delicious!!!

We loved the room, friendly staff, BUT, the bed was so stiff, worst than sleeping on the floor! Walls were thin, we could hear the neighboring rooms all night and they're doing construction on the building. We will not be coming back.
