Monterey Peninsula Area Seaside Guest House

Hospédese en una acogedora casa de huéspedes de estilo playero ubicada en propiedad privada. La casa de huéspedes está muy aislada. Se encuentra lejos de la calle con estacionamiento justo afuera de su puerta.

Un dormitorio arriba con dos camas matrimoniales.
Debido a que el dormitorio es un loft semiabierto y no es muy privado, es el más adecuado para familias o amigos muy cercanos.

Terraza con muebles de exterior, barbacoa en la terraza. Hay red inalámbrica pero no hay teléfono. Cuarto de lavado con detergente, plancha y tabla de planchar. El baño tiene una bañera con ducha y muchas toallas suaves, champú, jabón en barra y secador de pelo. La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios, especias, aceite y café, por lo que no necesita empacar ninguno.

Estamos a una milla y media de la bicicleta y el sendero para caminar, puede andar o caminar por la bahía de Monterey. La parada de autobús está cerca y lo llevará al centro de la ciudad de Monterey, donde puede tomar un tranvía hasta Cannery Row. El acuario está en Cannery Row y está a 8 millas en coche. Puedes ver el océano desde la habitación de arriba pero todavía está a una milla y media de la playa. Camina por la playa hasta el muelle de Monterey, es hermoso. Tenemos algunas bicicletas si no puedes traer las tuyas.

Absolutely loved it. Perfect for a group of 4/5 people it’s just like sharing a really big hotel room dairy cozy very airy and be warm or cool. All the amenities everything works. Location is incredible. Lots of parking. There’s a beautiful olive tree well landscaped, clean and quaint.Perfect Trailer and Car.

We stay at this location every year for biking, soccer games, butterfly watching, pinball and the many restaurants in the area. Hands down, this is the best place to stay in the Monterey area. It’s centrally located to anything you have on your agenda and there is spacious parking onsite. But most important the owner is amazing! Each time we visit, there has been items added to make the stay more enjoyable. The beds are not too firm and not too soft. And the best part is they are set up with mattress heaters. Top tip, at night turn the heater off and use the mattress heater to stay the perfect temperature all night. The cool coastal night temperature helps you to sleep wonderfully. I always book early because I love staying at this vacation rental.

This guest house is centrally located and has great parking. We stay multiple times a year and enjoy that it is just a few minutes drive to activities in Seaside, Monterey, Pacific Grove and short trip to Carmel. Biking access is great, too. Whether you want to ride urban trails or off road trails you can cycle directly to them. The host is amazing and very responsive. The guesthouse is well stocked/maintained and I love the charm of the guesthouse.

We loved our stay at this charming property. Cecelia, the owner, was so helpful and accommodating. We were towing a 12-foot motorcycle trailer. She has plenty of parking and even let us park our bikes in her garage. This adorable place is well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and comfy. Great location, clean, and awesome owner

The owner Cecilia was attentive to us from the start. The quaint unit is tucked into the back of her property with the driveway ending at our own parking space. Super clean. It was in a great location just 10-15 minutes away from downtown Monterey/17 mile drive area and a great homebase for trips to Carmel-By-The-Sea, Point Lobos, and Big Sur. It's on the listing but just a reminder that the beds are doubles so each can be tight for two. The temperature in the loft where the beds are is a lot warmer than in the main area so keep that in mind, depending on what temp people in your family like to sleep. Cecilia has a box fan and a tower fan up there which helps. Great stay and great owner!

Very comfortable, great location, everything you need is there.

One of our most comfortable VRBO stays. All our needs were met. The host really has thought of everything. There was nothing we could’ve wanted. The scale of the guest house is great for 2 to 4 people. The two queen size beds in the loft were very comfortable. The kitchen though small, was equipped with everything. All towels, utensils, and other supplies are intuitively where you would expect to find them. Parking was a breeze. When my son and I were describing the guest houseto other people, we kept on coming back to the word comfortable. This guest house is comfortable.The outdoor seating area with table and umbrella, and small propane grill is a nice feature. The landscaping is nice too.I have family in Monterey and this is a great location. Close enough, but not too close. Convenient to all sorts of shopping you would want.We will be back again.

Home Away From Home

We have stayed at this location year after year. Sometimes multiple times in the year. It NEVER disappoints. The onsite parking is great, distance to activities (racing, cycling, food, soccer, pinball, ocean, etc) is very convenient and the set up of the rental always has everything we need. The owner takes excellent care of the unit and we find new improvements every time we are visit. We will continue to book this location for our Monterey Bay stays!!!!

Charming Retreat with Thoughtful Touches

We stayed in this Seaside rental house and it was absolutely perfect! It was very clean and felt like a cozy home away from home. The owner was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make the stay special. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from extra towels and blankets to sunscreen, coffee pods, and shampoo, Those nice touches truly made it an excellent experience! Highly recommend!!
